If the meter shows error codes, photograph them — support teams decode manufacturer-specific messages.

Low battery on some CIU units causes flaky entry — replace batteries where applicable.

If status is processing, requery — duplicate purchases stress wallets and confuse customers.

If status is success but token fails on meter, escalate with transaction ID and meter photos for disco technical teams.
