Double-check basics
Re-enter the token slowly — transposed digits are the top cause of rejection.
Ensure you bought prepaid credit (not postpaid products) if your meter is strictly prepaid.
CIU behaviour
If the meter shows error codes, photograph them — support teams decode manufacturer-specific messages.
Low battery on some CIU units causes flaky entry — replace batteries where applicable.
